If you subscribe to BeCreative Suite, a separate written service agreement will govern that subscription; where the two differ, the service agreement wins.

This site describes our software and lets you request a demo. Screens shown on this page are product illustrations with sample data — the figures in them are examples, not results we promise. Nothing on this site is an offer that binds us until we confirm it in writing.
Plan prices on this site are shown in AED and are indicative. Currency conversions (USD, EUR, TRY) are approximate and for convenience only. Prices exclude VAT and any applicable taxes unless stated. We may change prices; the price that applies to you is the one in your signed order or written proposal.
The rental-yield and mortgage calculators on this site are illustrative tools. They use the numbers you enter and simplified assumptions. They are not financial, investment, tax or mortgage advice, and they do not predict returns. Take independent professional advice before making a property or financing decision.
The BeCreative Suite name, logo, the software, this site's design, text and graphics belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from them without our written permission. You keep ownership of the content you send us.
We aim to keep this site available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it. Planned service levels for paying customers are set out in their service agreement.
This site loads fonts and styles from third parties and mentions integrations (for example property portals and AI providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or their terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or lost business arising from your use of this website or reliance on its calculators or illustrations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
